Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data BeautyPodz collects and what we do with it, under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any special requests. When you send a message: your name, how to reach you and your message. We collect nothing else.
Why we use it
To hold your booking, reach you about your stay and answer your messages. We send offers by email only if you ticked that box. You can change your mind at any time.
Who sees it
Hotel staff who handle your booking. Service providers who run the site for us: database hosting, email delivery, security checks on forms, and the payment provider if you pay online. We do not sell your data and we use no advertising trackers.
Staff devices
When a front desk device is set up to work without internet, guest names, phone numbers, email addresses and booking details from the last 7 days and next 60 days are stored on that device until staff sign out.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for the stay, for our accounts and to meet the law.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
